Refund & cancellation policy

30 days from purchase: a full refund if production has not started. Once a stage begins, your refund is the amount paid minus the value of work completed. No refund after files are published.

Because publishing is hands-on work, our refund policy is built around the work actually completed, so you’re never charged for what we haven’t done — and we’re never asked to give back work we have delivered. Installment plans, add-on services, and cancellations will be detailed here in full.
