Money-back
30 days from purchase: a full refund if production has not started. Once a stage begins, your refund is the amount paid minus the value of work completed. No refund after files are published.
Final terms are set by your Publishing Services Agreement and are subject to legal review. Manuscripts over 125,000 words: request a custom quote.

Flint is a yearly Studio membership — self-serve, with our AI tools to write, design, and market your book, and publish it yourself. Spark covers everything needed to publish well, done for you. Hearth adds guided support with custom cover design and a second proofreading pass — it's our most popular. Beacon is white-glove, with line editing and a dedicated marketing consultant. How do payments work?+
Pay once, or spread it over 3 or 6 monthly installments. Installments carry a small financing premium, shown in the total. Production begins after your first installment clears.
What's the difference between self-serve and hybrid add-ons?+
Every add-on comes two ways. Self-serve means you do it in the Studio with our AI tools — covered by your membership. Hybrid means a real person does it for you for a fixed price. You can mix and match either way on any plan.
When does production start?+
Once your plan is paid and your manuscript is uploaded. You'll move through edit, design, and publish in order, with clear status at every step.
What formats are included?+
eBook (EPUB/PDF), paperback, and hardcover on every plan, with an audiobook production option. Files are distributed across major channels.
How do royalties work?+
