Terms & conditions

These terms govern your use of Ember House Press, a publishing service operated as a DBA of MindAble Solutions LLC (Lee’s Summit, Missouri). By purchasing a plan you enter a Publishing Services Agreement: you pay for production and distribution services, and you retain ownership of your work. We do not acquire your rights or pay an advance.

Service scope, delivery timelines, installment terms, and acceptable-use rules will be set out here in full. Distribution to third-party retailers is subject to their own terms and availability.
